Korea Certification (KC)

KC certification is a necessary certification for products entering the South Korean market, and a system of the South Korean government to protect consumers’ personal safety and national security and to strengthen the quality management of products. Since 2011, South Korea has unified 13 legally compulsory certification marks into KC mark to eliminate the confusions brought by various certification marks to consumers and to improve the efficiency of policies.
KC certification mainly involves safety, EMC, energy efficiency and other contents, and applies to electrical products, daily necessities and children’s products.
