To all concerned enterprises,

Due to the revision of the standards for motorcycle CCC certification, CQC has developed a standard revision plan and revised the "Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification - Motorcycles" (CQC-C1102-2021) in accordance with the relevant specifications on CCC certification and the technical resolution of the CCC Certification Technical Expert Group (TC12 for motorcycles and parts). The implementation requirements for the new standards are specified as follows:

I. Implementation requirements for 9 new standards including GB17353-2024Implementation requirements for GB4599-2024, GB5920-2024, GB11564-2024, GB17353-2024, GB 19152-2025, GB 17510-2025, GB18100-2025, GB 15365-2025, and GB 19482-2025

1. For newly applied products, before the implementation of the new standards, the applicant may voluntarily choose to implement certification in accordance with either the new standards or the old ones. After the implementation of the new standards, certification shall be implemented in accordance with the new standards.

2. For products that have already obtained certification, the certification change shall be completed before the implementation date specified in the new standards.

3. For products that have already obtained certification, if the standards have no new/additional or different test items, there is no need to do tests, and the new version of the certificate can be directly reissued; if the standards have new/additional or different test items, tests shall be conducted, and the new version of the certificate shall be reissued after passing the tests. For the specific implementation requirements of the above standards, please refer to the technical resolution of the TC12 Expert Group.

4. For certified products that have been manufactured, put on the market, and are no longer produced before the implementation of the new standards, there is no need to re-confirm and reissue the certificate in accordance with the new standards.

II. Implementation requirements for GB 9743-2024 and its Amendment No. 1, and GB 9744-2024 and its Amendment No. 1

1. For newly applied products, after the implementation of the new standards, certification shall be implemented in accordance with the new standards.

2. For products that have already obtained certification, the certification change shall be completed before the implementation date specified in the new standards.

3. For certified products that have been manufactured, put on the market, and are no longer produced before the implementation of the new standards, there is no need to re-confirm and reissue the certificate in accordance with new standards,.
