CQC divides the personnel involved in validation/verification into 7 kinds as follows: CQC将参与审定/核查的人员分为以下7种：

1） Project Management Personnel 项目管理人员

Persons who are responsible for management of the validation/verification process, contract review including making decision to accept or decline the contract, suggesting the composition of v/v team and technical reviewers; communication with UNFCCC SBM-secretariat.

负责管理审定/核查过程、合同评审（包括决定接受或拒绝合同）、建议审定/核查团队和技术审查人员的组成，与联合国气候变化框架公约（UNFCCC）SBM秘书处沟通。

2） Validator/Verifier 审定/核查员

Responsible for collecting validation/verification evidence through documents review, background investigation and follow-up interview, conducting the validation/verification and developing the validation/verification report in accordance with the established validation/verification schedule and plan. 负责通过文件评审，背景调查和后续访谈，收集审定/核查证据；根据既定的审定/核查时间表和计划进行审定/核查，并制定审定/核查报告。

3） Team leader 组长

Responsible for developing the validation/verification plan, directing the team members to implement the validation/verification, and providing draft validation/verification report and final validation/verification report. 负责制定审定/核查计划，指导组员实施审定/核查，并提供审定/核查报告草稿和最终审定/核查报告。

4） Technical Experts 技术专家

Provide specific knowledge or expertise to the validation/verification team. 向审定/核查组提供特定的知识或专业技能。

5） Technical Reviewer 技术复核员

Responsible for reviewing the final validation/verification reports, working papers and associated supported evidence from the validation/verification process. 负责审查最终审定/核查报告，审定/核查过程中的工作文件和相关支持证据。

6） Sector specific competence evaluation personnel 专业领域能力评估人员

Responsible for evaluating the Sector specific competence of all personnel involved in validation and verification. 负责评估所有参与审定和核查人员的专业领域能力。

7） Internal Auditor 内审员

Auditors who conduct the internal audit according to the requirements of CQC quality management system for A6.4 project validation and verification. 根据CQC的A6.4项目审定和核查质量管理体系的要求，进行内部审核的审核员。
