Established in 2000, ANF aims to strengthen mutual recognition of test reports, factory inspection results, and certificates among institutions, enhance international cooperation and exchanges among certification bodies, and provide more convenient and efficient services for enterprises in various countries and regions. The annual meeting focused on topics such as electronic and electrical technology, energy conservation, health, environmental protection, cybersecurity, and electric vehicle charging equipment, discussing and exchanging views on market access, new service initiatives of each institution, and the status of cooperation among institutions. During the meeting, CQC provided detailed introductions on recent developments in China's market access policies, product certification rules, and the participation of testing bodies in comparative testing. They also presided over the Young Experts Program (YEP) Committee meeting and summarized the implementation status of the Taipei YEP project.

In addition, the Electronic and Electrical Industries Association of Thailand (EEI) formally submitted an application to join ANF during the meeting. This marks the addition of a new member institution to ANF since 2011. With the gradual growth and development of ANF member institutions, CQC will also embrace broader prospects for bilateral cooperation with new members.

As one of the founding members of ANF, the chair of the Energy Efficiency, Health, and Environmental Protection Subcommittee (C4), and the rotating chair of the Young Experts Program (YEP) Committee, CQC has actively participated in various ANF activities over the years and vigorously promoted its product energy efficiency certification service in the countries and regions where ANF members are located. It has been at the forefront of ANF members in areas such as low-carbon product certification, carbon emission reduction, and carbon footprint verification. At the same time, CQC has actively promoted bilateral cooperation through multilateral mechnisams, establishing good bilateral cooperative relationships with TÜV-SÜD PSB Singapore, JQA of Japan, and KTL of Korea, which have continued to develop under the promotion of ANF activities.

Looking ahead, CQC will participate more actively in ANF activities, fully leverage its technical strength and brand advantages, work together with all parties to create a collaborative and mutually beneficial cooperation pattern, and contribute more to enhancing the international competitiveness and influence of Asian certification bodies.
