To All Concerned Enterprises,

Based on the CNCA-CGP-13:2023 "Implementation Rules for Green Building Materials Product Grading Certification", China Quality Certification Center (CQC) has revised 35 implementation rules, including CQC53-375521-2021 "Implementation Rules for Green Building Materials Product Grading Certification - Prefabricated Components". The revised content and implementation requirements are notified as follows:

I.   Main Revisions of Certification Rules

1.   Revise the relevant provisions according to the Implementation Rules for Green Building Materials Product Grading Certification (CNCA-CGP-13:2023);

2.   Add inspection requirements confirmation in clause 7 of Annex 3;

3.   Add inspection items and inspection cycle requirements in clause 6.1 (7) in some implementation rules.

II. Implementation Plan for the Revised Certification Rules

1.   Starting from February 8, 2024, CQC will implement certification according to the new version of the rules.

2.   The revision of rules does not affect the issued valid certification certificates. The certificates will be conversed through activities sush as expiration renewal, products modification, standard version changes, and post certification surveillance.
