CQC was invited to participate in the 2023 Amazon Global Store Cross-border Summit and the First Amazon China Service Provider Conference

The 2023 Amazon Global Store Cross-border Summit was successfully held in Shenzhen from December 12th to 15th. CQC was invited to attend the summit and the First Amazon China Service Provider Conference.

The summit provided a communication bridge between service providers and sellers to support the sustainable and healthy development of the cross-border e-commerce industry. The conference facilitated bilateral exchanges among service providers and sellers. Representatives from the International Cooperation Department of the CQC and Dai Zhenfei, Vice President of Amazon Global and Executive President of Amazon Global Store Asia Pacific, and Qiu Sheng, Vice President of Amazon China and Head of Marketing and Cooperation Development of Amazon Global Store Asia Pacific, attended the service provider mobilization ceremony together.

In order to further strengthen compliance awareness among service providers and provide more targeted and differentiated compliance services for cross-border e-commerce, Amazon recently established "Amazon Lab Central" with participation of core compliance service providers, among which CQC provided most compliance consultation. Prior to the summit, a closed-door meeting was held by Rajdeep Datta, the Global Vice President of Amazon's Trustworthy Shopping Experience, to discuss issues related to user experience, pilot feedback, and an analysis of the testing market landscape within the context of "Amazon Lab Central".

In recent years, China's cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly, displaying significant market potential and serving as a potent driver, increasingly becoming a new engine for the high-quality development of foreign trade. Concurrently, this expansion has given rise to more urgent demands for compliance, logistics, and operations for goods in the process of going global.


In the future, CQC will continue to collaborate with Amazon. Through conducting compliance training, it aims to establish a long-term, effective trade compliance promotion mechanism, effectively assisting Chinese export enterprises in reducing compliance risks, mitigating technical trade barriers, and jointly encouraging industry institutions to actively join the Amazon compliance service provider network. This effort will provide ongoing support for the healthy development of the cross-border e-commerce industry.
