From August 16-18, 2023,CQC Nanjing Branch organized the first training program on the Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model in Nanjing. The training attracted nearly 30 participants, including representatives from manufacturing companies, digital solution providers, and business consulting firms.

The training revolved around topics such as economic transformation and upgrading, the digitalization requirements of the new stage of high-quality development, and the means of intelligent manufacturing. It provided a comprehensive interpretation of the two national standards, the "Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model" and the "Assessment Method for Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity." Case studies and analysis were conducted to help participants master the professional methodologies for evaluating the maturity of intelligent manufacturing capabilities. The training received unanimous praise from the attendees.

In recent years, the Nanjing Branch has actively provided third-party technical services to government departments, focusing on key areas such as smart factories, intelligent workshops, industrial internet benchmarks, and fully connected 5G factories. They have also integrated intelligent manufacturing technology with CCC certification processes, manufacturing workflows, and quality control. Their services have benefited over 200 manufacturing companies, facilitating intelligent transformations, digitalization diagnoses, intelligent manufacturing planning, maturity assessments of intelligent manufacturing capabilities, intelligent manufacturing integration, and specialized evaluations of intelligent products.

Currently, the introduction and application of intelligent manufacturing technology has become an essential path for upgrading the manufacturing industry. The CQC Nanjing Branch will continue to provide significant technological support for the digitalization, high-end development, intelligentization, and green transformation of manufacturing enterprises. We are committed to making new contributions to the realization of the goals set forth in the "Manufacturing Powerhouse," "Strong Cyber Nation," and "Digital China" strategies.
