On June 12, 2023, the Business Exchange Meeting of Shenzhen Data Exchange, sponsored by Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, hosted by Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission, Shenzhen Futian District People's Government and Shenzhen Data Exchange, was successfully held in Nanjing. At the meeting, the Open Islands Open Source Community Jiangsu Station, initiated by China Quality Certification Center Nanjing Branch (CQC Nanjing), was inaugurated.

The head of the CQC Nanjing, together with the head of the Inclusive Rural FinTech Innovation Research Center , Nanjing University, the head of the Financial Economy Big Model Laboratory, and the initiator of the High-quality Industrial Big Data Big Model Alliance, Ding Xiaowei, Professor of the School of Automation of Southeast University and Academician of the Russia Academy of Natural Sciences Li Xinde jointly unveiled the Jiangsu Station of the Open Islands Open Source Community. In the round-table dialogue session, CQC Nanjing shared and exchanged the understanding and positioning of the national unified market of data elements, and the open source and opening to assist the construction of unified market.

Jiangsu Station of Open Islands Open Source Community is initiated by CQC Nanjing and participated by 27 enterprises including Jiangsu Wuxi Big Data Trading Co., Ltd., East China Jiangsu Big Data Trading Center and Suzhou Big Data Exchange. It aims to give full play to the advantages of each unit in various regions and fields, promote the development and utilization of public data resources, and strengthen the open source community cooperation of data element circulation technology. Realize ecological co-construction and resource sharing, and jointly accelerate the release of data element innovation kinetic energy.
