On March 23, 2023, the Third Annual Meeting of the Eighth National Technical Committee 50 on Wind Energy Generation Systems of Standardization Administration of China (referred to as "Wind Energy Standard Committee") and the National Wind Energy Standards Review Meeting were successfully held in Zhanjiang, Guangdong. At the meeting, CQC signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Wind Energy Standard Committee. The two sides will aim to contribute to carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, give full play to the great cooperation potential on standardization work in the field of wind energy, jointly promote the development of new technologies and materials, and safeguard the reliable and stable operation of the wind power industry.

CQC has always attached great importance to the standardization of wind energy, and actively presided over or participated in the formulation of a number of national wind energy standards, such as Ultrasonic Testing Methods for Wind Turbine Blades, High Altitude Wind Turbines, Design Requirements for Fixed Offshore Wind Turbines and Design Requirements for Floating Offshore Wind Turbines. In the future, CQC will continue to make full use of its professional and technical advantages in renewable energy certification, actively implement the National Standardization Development Outline, improve the quality and level of national standards for wind energy in China, and continuously contribute to the standardized, high-quality and sustainable development of wind energy industry.
