CQC Held an International Certification Customer Service Seminar


On March 7, 2023, the International Certification Customer Service Seminar of CQC was held in Ningbo. More than 160 representatives from enterprises, testing institutions, relevant departments of CQC and laboratories attended the meeting online and offline.

Under the philosophy of provide better customer service for export enterprises, CQC introduced the market access system, laws and regulations of countries and regions where the exports concentrated in detail, and comprehensively explained the new requirements and standard differences of international certification. CQC’s experts of international certification also gave detailed and clear answers to the questions raised by enterprises, helping enterprises to carry out certification work smoothly and improve product quality.

This face-to-face communication has effectively increased the contact and communication between CQC and customers, enabling CQC to have a deeper understanding of customer needs, and laid a solid foundation for CQC to better carry out customer service of international certification in the future.
