On February 24, 2023, the Third Healthy China Development Conference, sponsored by the Central Committee of the Chinese Revolutionary Committee, Jiangsu Provincial Political Consultative Conference and China Brand Building Promotion Association, and hosted by Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee of the Chinese Revolutionary Committee, Taizhou Municipal People's Government, Taizhou Municipal Political Consultative Conference, China National Brand Network and Entrepreneurs Association of the Central Committee of the Chinese Revolutionary Committee, was launched in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province.

Zheng Jianbang, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Central Committee of the Chinese Revolutionary Committee; Xu Kunlin, Deputy Secretary of jiangsu provincial party committee and Governor; Yang Yue, Vice Chairman of the Jiangsu Provincial Political Consultative Conference; Liu Pingjun, Advisory Chairman of the Brand Evaluation Technical Committee of the International Organization for Standardization and Chairman of the China Brand Building Promotion Association, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Chen Xingying, full-time vice chairman of the Central Committee of the Chinese Revolutionary Committee, deputy director of the Standing Committee of Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress and chairman of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee of the Chinese Revolutionary Committee, presided over the opening ceremony. Liu Gang, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of CQC, was invited to participate in the event and gave a keynote speech entitled "Practicing Health Concepts, Leading Health Standards and Helping to Build a Healthy China".

As one of the initiators of the "Healthy China" project, CQC has always been committed to using advanced quality concepts, management models and methods to develop relevant evaluation standards and norms, so as to promote China's health industry to further move towards systematization, specialization and standardization. In order to better implement the "Healthy China 2030 Planning Outline” and promote the high-quality development of the health care industry, CQC established the Great Health Service Evaluation Demonstration Base (Nanjing) in October 2019. CQC has established a standard system of five major areas including popularizing healthy living, optimizing health services, improving health security, building a healthy environment and developing health industry, developed relevant quality evaluation standards and norms, and carried out evaluation activities.

In the future, CQC will continue to make good use of high-quality resources, give full play to its own advantages, actively explore digital technologies and means such as big data and blockchain, continuously promote the high-quality development of the "big health" industry, and contribute to the construction of a healthy China and continuously improving people's health and well-being.
