Recently, CQC completed the evaluation of floor cleaning robot products of ECOVACS Home Robot Co., Ltd. according to relevant standards, and issued the first service robot safety and electromagnetic compatibility certificate.

In 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission and other 15 departments issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Robot Industry", which stated that "by 2025, China will become the source of global robot technology innovation, the gathering place of high-end manufacturing and the new highland of integrated application". With the introduction of relevant national plans, policies and technological progress, China's service robot industry has huge development space and market potential. In order to respond to the market demand and help improve the quality level and popularize the application of service robots, CQC timely launched the electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility certification of service robots.
