From June 15th to 16th, 2019, Tsinghua University, the National Interdisciplinary Institute on Aging, Chinese Aging Well Association and China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) jointly held International Symposium on Aging Well and Public Service Delivery: Policy and Practice in Beijing. Lu Mei, Vice President of CCIC/Managing Director of CQC, was invited to attend the meeting and made a speech entitled "Showing the Certification Credibility of National Certification Institutions and Contributing to the High-quality Development of Aging Well Industry in China".

Lu Mei introduced the work carried out by CQC in promoting the development and quality improvement of the aging well industry, analyzed the problems existing in the certification and evaluation work in the field of aging well and public service and proposed targeted solutions and suggestions. In addition, the Launching Ceremony of the National Collaborative Innovation Action Plan for Aging Well and Public Service was also held. It was jointly initiated by CQC Modern Service Industry Evaluation Operation Centre, Tsinghua University-Beijing Organizational Learning and Urban Governance Innovation Research Center and the National Interdisciplinary Institute on Aging.

As a "time-honored brand" third-party certification body, CQC will actively participate in the construction on the Chinese aging well industry, build the high-standard aging well service standards with professional technology and ability, and promote the capacity of aging well institutions and personnel to improve service quality in certification and evaluation methods.
