During the 2019 "World Accreditation Day", China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) carried out a series of activities in major cities in China to promote the important role of certification and accreditation in social development as well as the strength and responsibility of CQC as the national team of certification.

SHANGHAI 2019.6.12

On June 12th, 2019, CQC attended the "Shanghai Brand" Certification Awarding Ceremony of the "World Accreditation Day" Series Activity in Shanghai. Deputy Managing Director of CQC Li Guozhen and the director of CQC Shanghai Branch issued certificates for five enterprises certified by CQC, including China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited, Shanghai Xuhui District Social Welfare Institute, Ossen Group, Shanghai Yidian Scientific Instruments Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Yangpu Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center Co., Ltd. Among them, the certificate for Shanghai Xuhui District Social Welfare Institute was the first "Shanghai Brand" Certificate for the Service of Nursing Homes for the aged as well as the first service certificate for the health care industry in Shanghai. By means of third-party certification, CQC has made the service for the aged more perceptible for the consumers, clients and the market.

Zhujiang Delta Area 2019.6.3-10

From June 3rd to June 10th, 2019, CQC Guangzhou Branch participated in a series of promotion activities held in Guangdong Province, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province. The understanding of certification and certified products in all walks of life was enhanced through exhibition board promotion, high-quality product exhibition, visiting enterprises and CQC experts answering questions in these activities. In addition, Guangzhou Branch participated in the Industry Self-discipline Campain and the High-end Seminar on the Promoting Interconnection of Inspection, Testing and Certification in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

ZHEJIANG 2019.6.10

On June 10th, 2019, the 2019 "World Accreditation Day" Activity of Huzhou City and the Opening Ceremony of the Huzhou Pilot Column of the China Green Products Information Platform was held smoothly. As the Secretariat of Zhejiang Green Certification Alliance, CQC Hangzhou Branch participated in the event. The comprehensive reform about certification and accreditation in Zhejiang Province and Huzhou City was announced and introduced and the launch of Huzhou Pilot Column of China Green Product Mark and Certification Information Platform was witnessed in the activity.

LIAONING 2019.6.6

On June 6th, 2019, the 2019 "World Accreditation Day" Activity was hosted by Liaoning Provincial Market Regulatory Bureau in Dalian City. The International Cooperation Department and CQC Shenyang Branch participated in the thematic activity. The manager and engineer of the International Cooperation Department publicized the national certification system of the Eurasian Economic Union, the seven states of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Japan and South Korea along the Belt and Road in detail, so that it was possible for participating enterprises to understand the relevant requirements fully. It also promoted the role of CQC in the promotion on the outer development of enterprises and enhanced the development of the local export-oriented economy.

CHENGDU 2019.6.6

On June 6th, 2019, CQC Chengdu Branch participated in and co-sponsored the 2019 Symposium of "World Accreditation Day" and "Energy Conservation Publicity Week" in Sichuan Province. In the symposium, as a representative of the certification body, Chengdu Branch introduced the national green product certification progress as well as the development of the green certification service of CQC such as energy saving, environmental protection and low carbon. In the future, CQC Chengdu Branch will continue to play the technical service advantage, provide technical support for competent civil departments, and serve for clients.
