On June 6, 2019, the Qingdao Administration for Market Regulation organized an activity with the theme of “the 2019 International Accreditation Day & Strict Credit Supervision and Promotion of Accreditation Credibility". Nearly 200 representatives of certification, metrology, inspection and testing institutions located in Qingdao City participated in the activity.

As the co-sponsor of this activity, CQC Qingdao Branch met the need of the government and the society actively by making theme exhibition boards and launching and presenting "Integrity Initiative" on behalf of industry institutions located in Qingdao City to transfer the knowledge of certification and accreditation. In addition, with the theme of "the Certification Service for 'the Belt and Road' and CQC in the Process of Action", CQC International Business Department delivered the presentation of conformity assessment system along "the Belt and Road”, demonstrated some cases of CQC in implementing the strategy of "Going Out, Walking In and Going Upwards" for Chinese enterprises.

Through this activity, the important role of certification and accreditation in the enhancement of the value of the supply chain and the promotion on the construction on a better life for people was demonstrated effectively. The image of CQC was disseminated and the recognition of the government on the business of CQC was further deepened. At the same time, a foundation was laid for CQC to continue playing the technical service advantages and carrying out various business in the future.
