China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) is a professional training institution approved by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CNCA) and confirmed by the China Certification and Accreditation Association (CCAA) in 2002. CQC has secured a variety of qualifications on management system certification training, product certification training and general service certification training. It not only provides certification personnel qualification training, certification standards and continuing education training for auditors/inspectors/examiners, but also delivers value-added services for customers.

[Professional Training Management Team and Teaching Staff]

CQC boasts a professional and experienced training management team and faculty, with a total of nearly 1,000 trainers. Specifically, more than 100 trainers have been certified by CCAA (covering the courses of national registered auditors of quality management system, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system, food safety management system, hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) system and energy management system; the courses of national registered inspectors of organic product certification and China Good Agricultural Practice certification; logistics services certification and evaluation examiner courses, etc.). Besides, CQC also owns more than ten people awarded Six Sigma Black Belt certification by the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

CQC has established a quality management system in accordance with ISO9001 to effectively control the whole training process. Always adhering to the training concept of focusing on customers and continuous improvement, it provides high-quality and efficient training services for the society. In the teaching process, case analysis, practical simulation and interactive teaching methods are adopted, which have won the praise and recognition of clients.

[Global Service Network and Head Teacher Management Team]

CQC has a team of enthusiastic head teachers under standardized management, who are distributed in 12 product certification sub-centers and 36 management system certification branches across China. Clients can easily access to them for communication.

[Up-to-date Training Online Academy]

CQC E-Learning Training Online Academy features robust functions such as online training, live streaming, teacher management, key account management, self-study, student file management, certificate inquiry, etc. Modern training means and modes are utilized to provide clients with comprehensive services.

[Previous Training Results and Extensive International Cooperation]

As of 2018, CQC has trained nearly one million professionals for the government, enterprises, public institutions and colleges and universities, and more than 20,000 certified professionals at home and abroad for CQC.

CQC has established cooperation with overseas organizations like JET (Japan), JQA, JCIC, UL (USA), VDE (Germany), TUV Rheinland, TUV PS, Nemko (Norway), SIRIM (Malaysia), CSA (Canada), Semko (Sweden), ASQ, European Organization for Quality (EOQ), and Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers (JUSE) to carry out training business and disseminate quality culture.
