Reissue Process for Paper Certificate of Product Certification

The applicant of China Quality Certification Center (CQC) can choose whether to get a paper certificate (CCC and CQC certification) from May 12, 2020. If the applicant has not applied for a paper certificate, when there is a paper certificate requirement after the issuance of the e-certificate, please follow the following process:


1. Please download and fill in the “ Application Form for Certificate Reissue for Paper Certificate”, then send the original form to CQC. For more information, please refer to the application form.

2. We will send the paper certificate after receives and verifies the documents. If there is a problem, we will contact you,


3. If you in need of on-site services, please bring the original of "Application Form for Certificate Reissue for Paper Certificate" after the seal. The applicant should carry the  letter of authorization or supporting materials, we will issue paper certificate after check relevant materials.  


4.There is no charge for a paper certificate reissue. For those who have lost paper certificate, they must be executed in accordance with the Certificate Lost Reissue application process.
