Dear cliens:

When your Sample Delivery Notice of CCC product certification needs to be stamped by CQC based on relevent requirement of China Customs for sample clearance. Please following the instructions below:

1. A "Description of the Situation" with clients’s seal is required to provide  (see annex for details);

2. The clients’s mailing address, recipient, contact telephone information (additional page description);

3. The above requirements of the content, clients can provide it to CQC by e-mail:

E-mail address: dongning.cqc.com.cn

4. CQC received the mail (e-mail to the delivery time, express delivery to express sign-off date, mail delivery, sign-off time after 16 pm and holiday delay), will print and stamp the Sample Delivery Notice within 1 working day

5. Stamped Sample Delivery Notice will mail to the clients according to the mail adress given by clients during the mail.

6. Mail (express documents) do not provide contact information, mailing address, CQC will wait for clients to actively contact with CQC and provide relevant information after mailing, so that the responsibility of the clients sample clearance time extension will be undertook by clients themselves, and have nothing to do with CQC.
