1 Introduction
Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) is a national voluntary certification for safety control of primary agricultural product. The basic principles of GAP are food safety, environment protection, agriculture sustainable development, animal welfare and employees’ health and safety.
2 Certification benefitsQ
(1)It helps to improve the quality and safety of primary agricultural product, promote the sustainable development of agriculture and environment protection, ensure employees’ occupational health and safety; it enhances food safety, environment protection and people’s health; it helps the agricultural products break through technical barriers and exported.
(2)It helps to improve the management of the farm, increase the competitiveness of the products in the market, and establish a good brand.
(3)GAP certificate is supervised by authority and accepted by retailers and consumers.
(4)As an authorized certification body for GLOBALGAP, CQC can issue two certificates based on one assessment, thus avoid the trade barrier for enterprises intending for the international market.

4 Certification requirements
Certification mode: testing + on-site inspection + follow-up flight inspection
Testing reference: Residual standard at the place of consumption, eg: GB 2763, EU standard, US standard, etc.
On-site inspection content: GAP standard/”Implementation rules of Good Agricultural Practice”
On-site inspection person/day: inspection person/day will be decided according to the farm production scale and scope of products
