In accordance with General Administration Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China No.117 “Provisions on the Administration of Compulsory Product Certification”, Implementation Rules for Compulsory Certification for Child Vehicles（CNCA-13C-068: 2006）,  Implementation Rules for Compulsory Certification for Dynamoelectric Toys（CNCA-13C-069: 2006）, Implementation Rules for Compulsory Certification for Plastic Toys（CNCA-13C-070: 2006）, Implementation Rules for Compulsory Certification for Metal Toys（CNCA-13C-071: 2006）, Implementation Rules for Compulsory Certification for Projectile Toys（CNCA-13C-072: 2006）, and Implementation Rules for Compulsory Certification for Doll Toys（CNCA-13C-073: 2006）have been modified by CNCA. The modified rules are further clarify the related technical requirements, simplified certification procedure, shorten the working time, beginning to operate classifies management on toy products certified enterprise and the certificate validity and so on.

According to the requirements of CNCA announcement（http://www.cnca.gov.cn/cnca/zwxx/ggxx/346837.shtml）, the application   submitted after Jan. 1^st, 2011 must be implemented on new rules. The old implementation rules are still effective before Jan. 1^st, 2011.  

The specific measures will be publicized recently.
