In accordance with CNCA[2010] No.25 “Notice on New Implementation Rules for Compulsory Certification of Decorating Products and Requirements”, implementation rules for compulsory certification of Decorating Products, including solvent woodenware coating, porcelain tile etc, have been revised and take effect on July 6, 2010.Related requirements are as follows:

From July 6, 2010, certification for new applications shall be carried out in line with requirements of new implementation rules.

Products certified in line with old implementation rules shall change old certificate into new one according to new implementation rules before Aug. 1, 2010. If the certificates are not changed on time, CQC will give punishment according to related requirements.

Certified products which have been produced, sent into market and will not be produced any more before July 6, 2010, do not need to change certificate.
