1. Requirements for shipment/air waybill

2. Requirements for invoice

  Trade terms: FOB or CIF and so on;

  Requirements for test sample: Please supply the name of the sample, type, price and country of origin detailedly

3. Requirements for packing

  If the samples are the spare parts, please supply the detailed packing list, price and so on.

Ⅱ.Requirements on Documents for Automobiles

1. Requirements for shipment/air waybill

The requirement of the documentation: please supply the name of the sample, detailed type, price, chassis NO., engine NO., Automobile emissions, manual / automatic, country of origin;

It should be indicated whether the sample should be re-sent to the exporting country after tested. If so, the address of the place to which the sample  will be re-sent should be detailed and the declaration charges occurred as an extra. If not, it should be indicated with words as “abandon” or “destroyed”.

3 .Requirements for packing

If the samples are the spare parts, please supply the detailed packing list, price and so on.
