广大客户：
沙特阿拉伯王国在2018年将逐步开始实施其新的“沙特产品安全计划”（The Saudi Products Safety Program）， 即SALEEM。目前其同步上线的证书电子注册系统“SABER”将于2018年7月1日起试运行，未来SASO将使用SABER作为其所有认证证书的输出端口。
SALEEM计划覆盖出口至沙特的大部分产品，包括建筑、化工产品、机械产品、汽车零部件、电动汽车、儿童玩具、低电压电气设备等45个产品类别，各产品管控执行时间依据其法规的规定而各有不同。目前SASO已在其官网公布了超过20类产品的技术法规，具体目录如下：

对于目前没有涵盖在SASO/GSO 技术法规下的产品依旧需要按照之前的程序，每批货物取得批次CoC清关证书。
认证程序：
1. 依据SASO公布的技术法规执行产品对应的合格评定程序，符合要求即由SABER系统签发产品符合性证书（Certificate of Conformity, CoC）.
2. 在取得产品符合性证书（CoC）之后，对于每批次货物需在SABER系统中上传信息获取批次证书（Shipment Certificate）.
中国质量认证中心（CQC）已正式获得沙特标准、计量及质量局（SASO）授权成为其新法规框架下的指定机构，可按照SASO新法规要求为客户颁发输沙产品证书。
