CQC divides the personnel involved in verification into 7 kinds as follows: CQC将参与核查的人员分为以下7种：

1) Project Management Personnel 项目管理人员（PMP）

An individual who is responsible for management of the verification process, including review and approving of contract, assisting the lead verifier to develop and manage the verification schedule. 负责核查过程管理的个人，包括合同的审查和批准，协助核查组长制定和管理核查计划。

2）Verifier 核查员

An individual who is a member of a verification team responsible for conducting a verification of an operator’s emissions report; can be either an internal verifier or an external verifier. 作为核查团队成员，负责对运营者的排放报告进行核查的个人；可为内部或外部核查员。

3）Lead Verifier 核查组长

An individual who is an auditor in charge of directing and supervising the verification team, responsible for performing and reporting on the verification of an operator’s emissions report. 负责指导和监督核查团队的审计员，负责执行并报告对运营者排放报告的核查情况。

4）Technical Expert技术专家

A technical expert is a professional consulted by a verifier to provide specialized knowledge and expertise on specific issues during verification activities, particularly when the independent reviewer lacks the necessary competence to assess certain matters. 技术专家是核查员在核查活动中咨询的专业人员，为特定问题提供专业知识和专业技能，尤其在技术评审人员缺乏评估某些事项所需能力时。

5）Independent Reviewer独立审核员

A competent person who did not take part in the verification process and has access to an appropriate level of knowledge and experience sufficient to evaluate the verification processes and the justification for the verification decision; if necessary, the reviewer can request support from technical experts who have appropriate technical expertise. 具备能力且未参与核查过程的人员，拥有足够的知识和经验以评估核查流程及验证决策的合理性；如有必要，审核员可请求具备相关技术专长的技术专家提供支持。

6）Competence Evaluation Personnel能力评估人员

An individual person who is responsible for evaluating the competence of all personnel involved in verification. 负责评估参与核查的所有人员能力的个人。

7）Internal Auditor 内审员

An individual person who conducts the internal audit according to the requirements of CQC CBAM verification quality management system. 根据 CQC CBAM核查质量管理体系要求执行内审的个人。
