To All Concerned Enterprises,
For enterprises that independently handle customs clearance of samples under CCC product certification and require China Quality Certification Centre (hereinafter referred to as "CQC") to affix its official stamp on the Sample Submission Notice for presentation to port customs authorities, CQC hereby issues the following instructions. All concerned enterprises are requested to comply accordingly:
1.One original copy of the "Statement of Circumstances," duly stamped by the enterprise, shall be provided (the template is attached).
2.A separate sheet specifying the mailing address, recipient name, and contact telephone number shall be provided.
3.Effective January 1, 2020, the documents specified in Items 1 and 2 shall be submitted to CQC via email:Email:dongning@cqc.com.cn
4.The "Statement of Circumstances" must be stamped by the enterprise and then scanned for submission.CQC will process requests upon receipt of the submission — with the email delivery time prevailing for electronic submissions and the courier sign-off date prevailing for physical submissions. Submissions received after 16:00, on weekends, or on statutory holidays will be processed on the next working day. CQC will generally print and affix its official stamp to the Sample Submission Notice within 3 working days based on the certification application number stated in the "Statement of Circumstances," and return it to the provided mailing address via SF Express freight collect. The enterprise may track the shipment status using the contact telephone number provided. If a physical copy is not required, CQC may respond by email instead.
5.If no mailing address or contact information is included in the submitted email or courier package, CQC will retain the document until the enterprise proactively contacts CQC to provide the necessary details. Any delay in sample customs clearance resulting therefrom shall be the sole responsibility of the enterprise and is unrelated to CQC.
