According to regulations of Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO) and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), the Product Conformity Program (PCP) should be implemented to most consumer goods imported to Saudi Arabia.  Products should meet Saudi national standards or relevant international standards in order to obtain the Certificate of Conformity (CoC) before entering Saudi Arabia. 

China Quality Certification Centre（CQC） has signed a formal cooperation agreement with SASO that authorizes the Centre to verify all products for export. CQC is the only certification body authorized by Saudi Arabia to issue the Quality Mark Certificate in China.
